North House Folk School's outdoor skills and travel courses address the unique challenges encountered outdoors in Northern climates. From crafting skis, snowshoes or kick sleds, to discovering new skills in fly fishing or winter survival our coursework will prepare you to adventure outdoors. Plus, each year in November we host Winterer's Gathering, a celebration of winter offering opportunities in survival and bushcraft coursework with legendary outdoorsmen and women.
