Family & Intergenerational
Learning Weekend

 October 17-20, 2013

Make the most of school break!
Bring the whole family to North House for our Family & Intergenerational Learning Weekend. In celebration of the joy of learning together, we are offering a variety of classic North House coursework designed especially for families.

You’ll find everything from felting to mosaics, birding to baskets, dancing to knitting. Schedules are designed to allow families time to enjoy all the North Shore has to offer over the weekend, with a variety of one day and half day options. All courses feature an intergenerational tuition rate, in which the adult pays full price, and each child pays 75% of the full tuition. Ages vary for each course; see descriptions for specific ages.

It's an inspiring opportunity for families to learn together.

Plans also include wood-fired pizza potluck and a story-telling performance.

Weekend Highlights
* 12+ courses ranging from felting to bread baking (see below)
* Story-telling around the fire on Fri, Oct 18 at 7 pm
* Family Contra Dance with live music on Sat, Oct 19 at 7 pm
