LOOKING BACK AT 2016:
Learn a new skill and leave a legacy!
Help make North House a better place to be a student.
It takes many hands to make a folk school, and our Volunteer &
Service Learning Weekend is your chance to pitch in. Journey North
April 22-24 and help us air
campus after a long winter. Options include taking part in volunteer
projects outlined below, or taking a reduced tuition-rate Service
Learning Course (see below).
Here’s to the first sign of spring – airing out the House!
THE GREAT MOVE
It’s still early in the year, but 2016 has already been a
milestone for North House! We closed on the purchase of a
neighboring building, and it will become our new administration
space as well as house an overflow classroom/meeting space. Get a
sneak peek into new digs at North House and help us with the big
transition. From painting walls to moving desks, there will be
plenty of jobs to engage everyone who shows up. Any way you slice
it, you’ll get a few square meals -- including wood-fired pizza --
and time well-spent with friends at North House.
