was everything I hoped it would be. I was able to work as much
as I wanted, and was encouraged to take time to enjoy Grand
Marais as well. I loved being there.�

ACCESSIBILITY � these three words capture the vision
of the Work Study Program at North House Folk School. It is an
opportunity to work in a program support/community service role
on campus while earning credit towards taking an upcoming course

WORK STUDY OPTIONS:
WEDNESDAYS AT 1 PM YEARROUND & SPECIAL EVENTS
Setting up campus each week for an upcoming weekend of
classes is a huge task, and we can always use help! Expect to
earn 2-3 hours of course credit per week. In addition, there are
many tasks before, during and after special events that qualify
for Work Study credit. Applications are welcome anytime.

Work at North House for a week; stay in Grand Marais for
free! During our �peak season� � May-November � we host a Work
Study participant each week. Applications are welcome anytime.
Sessions are based on
the campus needs; sessions start on Tuesday at 1pm, and end the
following Monday at noon. See session dates below. Session assignment for Spring/Summer
sessions will begin March 1, and assignments for
Late-Summer/Fall sessions will begin June 1. Expect to earn
24-32+ hours of Work Study credit during each session.
