Kim Hendrickson is an author, baker and teacher from New York state. She holds a BA in Literature from William Patterson University and is a Pastry Technique Graduate from French Culinary Institute, NYC. Kim has written three cookbooks, teaches assorted cooking classes locally and afar (North Carolina, Minnesota, Lousianna), and is a regular contributor to Tea House Times.
